I just checked the count and saw we hit 500 signatures which honestly feels surreal because I started this just hoping a few neighbors would notice. It makes me think about all the kids and the yoga classes and the ball hockey games that might actually have a fighting chance now that people are paying attention.

This is so disappointing. We rely on the yoga classes to keep us sane and the kids programs are essential for working parents. Do better.
Use to go to Earl Beatty all the time when I was a kid. Sad to see the city doesnt care about these places anymore.
Ball hockey is the only reason my son goes outside. Dont take it away.
My kids have karate at Bloordale every Tuesday. This keeps them out of trouble and active. You cant just take away the only thing they have to do in this neighborhood.

I would take my 3 younger siblings here all the time growing up. I am now 23 I took my first babysitting course at 13 here. Please don't close!
