It would be so great to see this gem from our past.

You have some good points! At this point a temporary exhibit in Toronto is the most feasible idea. However the point of this petition is to show that there is an interest in seeing these vehicles come home. Thank you for your support! :)

My grandfather William Reeves used to hand paint signs for the TTC and was a ticket taker on the 2man streetcars

I don't really know how feasible this would actually be... You differently don't want it running in winter Because of snow and salt. Just try and find land for this "museum" especially somewhere that is central. They could just be put out on display. Also not cheap to move several hundred km. Also it is in good hands on Ottawa. It would be worse if this museum collasped financially.

Compared to cities like New York and London, the TTC has been dismissive about keeping some historic vehicles. Time to change that. Send historic vehicle 16 back home.

Love the idea and to be honest we need more of the old days because this generation we are living in is completely lost.

Bring these back home Toronto! We’d appreciate them so much more since they are a part of our cities history’s not a part of Ottawa’s. It just makes sense to have it any ttc relics in Toronto. In my opinion I’d much rather see a ttc relic than something from Ottawa so I’m sure bringing the relic home will ensure it receives the appreciation it deserves !

We need to see our history in Toronto, and not in storage in Ottawa.

I have always wanted to know more about the beginning life in Toronto and the ttc is a big part of that. I fully support this museum!

TTC has a long and wonderful history in this city. My father was a part of that. Working for the commission for over thirty years.

yes for this.they can be used for gatherings, meeting and tea places/ what about knitting together? and every and each can have some containers to grow edible or pollinator plants. let's go for it.every single park in the city can benefit from it. riverdale farm can have a horse for the job of pulling the car through the cabbagetown. And why not?
