Please help bring back the TTC Relics from Ottawa!

These historic vehicles are a huge part of Toronto history, and yet they are currently hidden from view in a storage warehouse. Having these public transit relics back in Toronto would shed a new perspective on our modern TTC. Even our aging fleet of CLRVs will look futuristic by comparison to Toronto's horse-drawn streetcar. The only way these will come home is if us Torontonians and transit enthusiasts demand that our historic transit vehicles are returned! The TTC's 100th anniversary is approaching, so now is the time to make this happen. Find out more info at:

The TTC relics can't possibly be as meaningful to Ottawa visitors as they would be to Toronto residents. Bring these TTC relics of the past home!

Compared to cities like New York and London, the TTC has been dismissive about keeping some historic vehicles. Time to change that. Send historic vehicle 16 back home.

Ever since visiting the National Railway Museum in York, UK, I have hoped something of the same could be created here. Maybe a train/tram museum.

These remaining examples of Toronto's transit history are an intrinsic part of Toronto's story. They should be where they can be seen and can educate the coming generations about the importance of public transit in this city.

It would be great to see historic streetcars in one place where everyone can see them, ride them, photograph them. Not hidden from the public in a warehouse.

We get to Toronto several times a year, and part of the reason in the emphasis on history that has been taken there. Would love to see some of these vehicles running on Toronto streets again....maybe even in a "Murdock Mystery."

I love the history of Toronto, and I think it would be good for the new generation of children and young people to connect with its history and know...
