This is idealism over pragmatism. Everyone who wrote and asked for changes was met with a similar shrug and 'sorry it's done now'. I was so dismayed that our representatives didn't really seem to care about representing.

It's dangerous to pedestrians, cars, bicycles, and people who need emergency vehicles.

The bike lanes are dangerous, ugly and under used. They greatly delay emergency vehicles from reaching their destinations, not to mention the unnecessary congestion for other traffic, resulting in higher polution.

Yonge st bike lane does not work, only motorized bikes using, not safe for bicycles. rarely used, traffic hugely congested at all times of the day.

Bike lanes on major roads have become a living nightmare for drivers and pedestrians. A large number of bikers appear to follow their own rules on the streets and often interfere with traffic flow. On the Danforth, cars will simply detour over to the back streets disrupting neighbourhoods and creating a parking nightmare for residents.

I have almost been hit walking my dog and have seen 3 fatalities When is enough enough? Think bikers should have Licenses and helmet laws endorsed

Hello, you have to also advocate for the removal of the pandemic initiative of curb lane patios which takes up. 1 lane on a busy street like yonge with 1lane closed in some areas (yonge and eglinton area) for condo construction, businesses with delivery vehicles, couriers, subway stations with drop offs, on street parking, a direct route to highway 401 east and westbound. Also all the time sensitive no left turn or right turn lanes not applicable in today’s traffic congestion. The side street have to take some of the load off the major arteries. Thank you

Let's stop this insanity. Let's employ data-driven decision making on bike lanes. Toronto is not California!

Currently at VP/Danforth someone will get killed. Its unsafe and cars are now taking side streets. #unsafe. If you cant do it and make it safe for Cars, Bikes and Pedestrians- Dont do it all. You should be embarrassed

I am not against bike lanes, I support the review of the data used to dictate their location and to relocate them away from main motor vehicle traffic ways. I.e. Yonge Street.

Bike lanes on major streets are a serious hazard to cyclists, drivers and passengers exiting cars, and pedestrians. Danforth is in chaos. Business are being destroyed. We need a strong mayor who will move these bike lanes immediately.

Yonge street is a parking lot with hundreds of cars sitting burning gas polluting with only a few bikes in the bike lanes with no room for emergency vehicles

Totally agree. Remove bike lanes from major streets and reevaluate their necessity on individual streets regularly.
