I'm live near High Park. I cycle 80% of my trips, but never on Bloor, as it become street of hate. Result of this lanes - all day stooped traffic, lot of pollution. There are unavoidable trip, like school with child or grocery - now all of us spend 3 times more in traffic.

we must get rid of the bike lanes on Yonge Street

The cyclists careless riding habits are a danger to us all.

Bikes are being prioritized in ways that se ideological not reasonable. In many cases disabled access to areas is limited. We can't all walk the long distances bike lanes impose by removing parking. High Park is another example.

Underused bike lines that caue congestion must go. Practicality not ideology serves the whole populace

I'm not against bike lanes. but there should be a smarter approach to where and how they are placed. There is too much of a negative impact on traffic frustrating everyone. King street should be re-opened to cars while Queen Street is under construction for four years

Bike lanes now make cars park in a car lane. Very dangerous.

Although I support safe bike lanes I don’t believe restricting main roads such as Bloor to one lane in either direction makes sense. It will make it very difficult for emergency vehicles and will impact small businesses that are already suffering. I regularly drive along Bloor west of High Park and don’t see many cyclists in those bike lanes.

When the Bike Lanes are installed next year on Danforth East of Victoria Park a disabled lady living on Danforth in Oakridge will lose parking in front of her home and access to her ride to and from Doctors visits and visiting family. And will be forced out of her home . Ive pointed this out to Mayor Chow and several Councillors .Only Councillor Crawford has bothered to respond .I guess Disabled people dont have rights in this city anymore

this manufactured congestion with underutilized bike lanes needs to end. We need a better approach to commuting, perhaps hy installing bike lanes on secondary streets vs major throughfares.

Hold bike riders accountable to street laws!

I don’t like the idea of too many bike lanes to reduce the regular car lanes. It takes too much time to get to work in downtown via danforth. Also it’s so dangerous for cyclists to fight and share the single lane on the danforth. Definitely it’s not a good idea to add bike lanes on the busy streets. ✌️

Traffic should be optimized to consider car, bikes and pedestrians as a system. Instead, Toronto has tried to promote bike lanes to the detriment of vehicular traffic. Enough is enough!

Please remove the bike lane, these bike lanes cause a lot of problems for the city of Toronto.

I lived in Etiobicoke for over 40 years. Just moved to Mississauga . Bike lanes are fine, but not if we lose a lane for cars and automobiles.

I can not get out of my neigbourhood via Yonge Street because the intersection is always log jammed. If I have to go anywhere that is west, I have to go south before I can go West or north. Yonge street is an eyesore, it can't be good for the environment all those cars sitting there idling and not going anywhere. It's embarrassing that the city planners actually thought this was a good street to put bike lanes on. Heaven help us if we need a fire truck or ambulance. They certainly aren't coming from Yonge in time. And that's exactly where the two closest fire stations are. On the west side of Yonge Street.

Bike lanes need to go along with Chow

Remove bike lanes on Woodbine Avenue.To much congestion everyday.

no bike lanes on major routes. install bike lanes on minor routes only. stop this dumb ass policy and the war on the car!

Use some Common Sense!!! Keep Toronto Moving get rid of bike lanes. No-one uses them in the winter when its snowing or freezing rain & cold weather. Why congest traffic. There are plenty of parks, sidewalks and recreation facilities for bike riding. Enough is enough!!!
