Bike lanes were a nice experiment, but it has been a failure. Convert the bike lanes back to vehicle lanes that will reduce the terrible road congestion!

Absolute insanity, remove all bike lanes NOW, adding bike lanes to Bloor Street from Aberfoyle to Resolution Road and now Avenue Road, crazy. Push the few bikes on the road to side streets.

I need to drive to & from work so that I can pick up my kids from daycare on time. These bike lanes are adding time to my daily commute that I don't have. I can't drop off/pick up my kids before daycare opens/after they close.

Drove all around Etobicoke doing errands, saw 2 people riding bikes, meanwhile traffic congestion was appalling on Bloor St, and really any street where bike lanes have destroyed car and parking lanes. Get real Toronto, nobody rides their bikes as soon as the weather becomes colder or wetter. However, seniors, disabled people, delivery services, emergency vehicles etc still need to drive to survive. Has anyone done a check to see how much pollution is exerted from cars sitting in traffic for extended periods while a couple of cyclists use their bike lanes? Can a bike hold groceries for a family of 4, can a senior ride a bike to the hospital for appointments in winter? This is an absolutely badly thought of plan that only serves a very few bike enthusiasts in this city. Bad city planning!!

The new bike lanes on Bloor West just create congestion, pollution, and stress. You will see maybe 5 cyclists an hour using them. They are the ideological wet dreams of well intentioned but foolish people who think if they build it we will come. We wont, but they don't care.

As a cyclist and car drive, I support safe well thought out bike lanes for everyone considering we live in Canada.

Delivery of building materials and renovations in Toronto is next to impossible and very expensive. Getting a new toilet or sheet of drywall delivered to downtown Toronto is way too complicated than it should be.

I support Bike Lanes, just not on congested streets.

I am an avid cyclist, commute via transit and would love to see more EV infrastructure to lessen our dependence on ICE vehicles. I am also a pragmatist and recognize that few, if any leading global commerical cities have effectively converted to arterial roads to bicycle usage and maintained their relative commerical significance compared to similar sized cities.

Bloor Kingsway and Bloor West is a mess...Bike lanes should not be on the same streets as TTC. or major streets.

No more bike lanes on major streets. Remove existing lanes if area residents complain.

This is a horrible idea. We wholly support action and policy that makes a difference. This is NOT one of them.

Let's stop this absurdity. The bike lanes are underused and/or improperly used. Why are we keeping our streets in gridlock for a privileged few?

I'm a cyclist, driver and TTC user. Bike lanes on major roads do not make sense and are not environmentally friendly or safe.

They are cutting Bloor Street from 4 car lanes to 2 lanes for cars and 2 lanes for bicycles. Traffic is getting unbearable while the cyclists lanes are barely used. Let's plan better so there is less congestion and emissions from all the stand still traffic due to lane closures.

I am a home owner in the Victoria Park and Kingston Road district. Bike lanes and road lane patios do not make sense in my neighborhood. Go to the data and see for yourself.
