My name is Marc campos and I am a junior. I have to travel 10 miles everyday by foot just to get to school so this means I have to wake up at around 3 am and be out the house around 3:45am in order for me to make it to school on time. By changing the time it will allow me more sleeping time.

My name is manny and I really hope this passes. Everyday I wake up at 3:50 because I have to walk 15 miles to school. If they change the time then I will be at school on time.

While they do require a certain amount of hours, we are scheduled to leave school at 2:30. That's the main issue. There's no reason why the shouldn't be able to revert the time back to school at least starting at 7:15, as it was last year. "Lifes not fair" yeah okay but there's a difference between it not being fair, and people who care so much about our health, gpa, etc making it unfair. Whether this petition works or not doesn't matter, us students were always told that if we wanted change then to make it happen, this at least shows that some of us do care.

Life isn't fair.also why are y'all acting like this is going to change something. The state requires every SCHOOL IN TEXAS to have certain amount of hours and y'all act like the district is going to work around "our little we want school to start at 7:30" Headass looking ass people.
