“Too Close for Comfort: Say No to Another 7-Eleven

No to 7-Eleven, to close each other

I do not agree or want a 711 and we have one already not even .03 miles away

I do not want another 7-eleven please

The presence of 7-11 next to our neighborhood will have a net negative impact. There are already several poorly run 7-11's very close by.

7-11 does not need to own every corner within a mile radius of each other. The location is awful considering that the curated entrance to the neighborhood obstructs drivers’ views, it will create a menacing intersection full of decision making that will jeopardize lives, plus the people of Liberty Crossing have a right to dictate the use of that property that sits next to a flood plain area. Plus the sudden nature of how the earth movers came in and just started clearing the land speaks of shady agreements being reached in the overnight hours, like our sorry government. Well, irregardless of that, the intersection becomes ridiculously dangerous with a convenience store of any kind there. No 7-11 on 156 and Heritage Trace!!

My concerns are the level of undesirable traffic this will bring to the neighborhood. We already had a near miss situation where my 9 year old daughter was nearly abducted new years day of 2025. The only reason for another 7-11 is to sutúrate the market, 7-11’s words not mine. What if it fails? Do you think people work hard to afford a decent house in a decent area to have an empty gas station at the entrance to their neighborhood? Ask yourself this, what if you had to share a fence with a 7-11 parking lot? It’s easy for someone to approve something when it doesn’t affect them. The very least the city can do, is hear what people have to say.

To the 7 eleven project team: This is egregious, an eye sore, a property value-killer, and makes the world around us a worse place to live in. Is that your goal? Is this how you want your kids and family to remember you?

We don’t want another 7-11 in front of the neighborhood. We need to built playground or pool.

This isn’t good for the neighborhood and will cause traffic, crime and other issues for our community

We do not need two 7-11's that close to one another. The other one has gone down hill very quickly.

This area does not need another 7-11 when there are 3 within a 1.5 mile radius with the closest one a quarter mile down the road, there is a 7-11 that sits empty on the corner of FM 156 and western center that has been closed down for about 2 years now.
