I say no to this 7 eleven

Too close to other location.

I say NO to this 7 eleven. Not a family friendly environment to have a gas station 20 feet directly behind our community homes The property values will drop significantly. And may not be even marketable. I’m guessing the properties directly adjacent will drop more than 100,000 if this gas station is built

Same old BS it’s always going on not enough housing not enough roads and overpaid politicians

Another 7-11 is clearly unwise & unnecessary in an area already saturated & congested.

Opposed to the traffic, noise and gas fumes that will be associated with this location.

We do not need another 7-11

Do not need two 7-11's in such close proximity to one another. Where's the common sense here.

We don’t need this 7-11. There is one a few blocks away. This is in our neighborhood- this should not be allowed and there should be no building permit given

I am very much against another 7-11 being built and operating at this location for multiple reasons including the ones listed in this petition.

Not to mention the new high school going in just down the street. This will become a traffic nightmare and dangerous to the families in our community.

Please reconsider this development. It is not a good fit for our neighborhood and does not accommodate the culture we have created here.

Our town has no need for a seven eleven. I've lived/ worked in alot of different types of places an seven eleven attracts bad crowds/groups of people.

Agree that is over conentration, and if the project won't relocate making it high end and more aligned with community it supports will result in more business at higher margins.

7-11 Has proven to be a poor neighbor, they should not be allowed to grow until they can show they are good neighbors.

This makes absolutely no sense. There are too many 7-11’s in the area already.
