There shouldn't be a school that close to a bar. I thought there was a law about that.

The people of TR must understand that this is an organized agenda that must have been planned for some time now. We are dealing with quite powerful forces that go beyond a local individual seeking a variance. This is obviously a spearhead being thrust forward to see if there is opportunity here. Lenin, speaking about moving a cause forward, once said: “Probe with a bayonet : if you meet steel, stop.
If you meet mush, then push." If the your "friends" from Lakewood find mush, they will push. Your politicians are like politicians everywhere: their principal motivation is to retain power. Money is power. They will do the bidding of those who fund their campaigns. Organization is the key here. I would advise you to organize as a group, hire some good attorneys and start a political action committee. Also, remember your Second Amendment rights. Go get a firearm permit to defend your home. A well-armed citizenry is the best antidote to tyranny.

These people have found a loop hole in the system and are abusing it. Why do they think they are better than everyone else and can abuse others to promote their way of life? This must not be allowed. We must join together and speak loudly against it or our township will be taken over and turned into a slum like Lakewood. I am a 43 year resident of Toms River, own my own home, pay my taxes and I VOTE. Any politician, representative or official who goes along with this and doesn't fight for what's right will be voted against and thrown out of office.

These people keep getting over & over & over. I'm sick of it! Most of these folks are not even married according to state law yet they have 15+ kids. As a single mother on paper guess what kind of benefits they get from the state to which we pay? Enough is enough!

I agree that this type of infiltration into nice residential neighborhoods needs to stop. The owners of this 'residence' need to pay their taxes and shutdown their 'school'! Don't let the taxpayers suffer and have their community turned into another Lakewood. I will gladly come up and organize a bbq pork roast to raise money to stop this. Toms River lives matter, keep out the haidicic population. Let them continue to inbreed in Lakewood where their uneducated woman become slaves to the men (using that term lightly) I'm sick of these religious sects trying to take over neighborhoods, ruin property values, and skip on paying taxes.

Look at Lakewood, the huge busing issues, numerous problems plaguing the tax burden on the regular tax payers, them burying their shaimos (sacred trash), how Lakewood is so overgrown they want to push into TR.

I am a resident of TR and third generation living in my home. I pay taxes for my home. I feel that there needs to be an ordinance to limit per capita or per square mile the amount of tax exempt properties. No one likes to pay taxes but they are a neccessity. What we do not need is to strain our sustem by allowing too many homes to be tunred into places of worship that would be tax exempt and in turn cause too much of a strain on our tax base and raise the tax rates for the rest of its community.

Why is the variance being applied for under the "Utility Ordinance"? In Lakewood there is a"school" with 50 kids in a house that apparently does not meet fire safety code standards and "no one " in the county or the town will address this. Is this what Toms River is headed for?
