I strongly agree that this (house) is in a residential area and therefore not acceptable to be used as a school. We already pay high taxes for our schools and the burden should not be shifted to us. They must pay the back property taxes and any and all fines should be imposed. This variance should be denied and no questions asked!

It's a house not a place of worship. Let's face it all they are trying to do is turn Toms River into another Lakewood. They don't want to pay taxes like the rest of us. They are not above the law. He hasn't been paying taxes I believe a taxlein should be put in place. Send them back to Lakewood.

I'm strongly against the school since I live across the street.
It will do nothing good for our community and the traffic will be worse then ever.
They should be fined and penalties for breaking the rules, and stopped immediately.

Let us follow the established laws,they were there for a reason.Build the school in an appropriately designated area and pay the taxes due to the municiality just like any other law abiding citizen.
