Cannot allow anyone convert a home into a place of worship. Just another way to avoid paying property taxes. Next thing there will be multiple families living in that residence. NO is my vote!

This is how it started in Lakewood many years ago. It is up to our council to represent us and do the right thing.

That neighborhood is a residential area as such putting a school there will put pressure on the whole town which will includes higher taxes, increased traffic and consequently will decline the value of our homes.

The owner shouldn't be allowed to turn a single-family home into a school. They shouldn't be allowed to do this in a residential area and tax us out of our homes.

The people of Toms River need to join together as a community and stop this variance. The Township of Toms River needs to limit the number of applications for such variances to keep our taxes from skyrocketing.
