This is not a good idea, this will only cause traffic delays and accidents.

Absolutely NO variance for non-tax paying entity in a residential zone. Our taxes have been raised every year for the past 5 years, at least. If any elected official votes yes, we will remember and vote against you in the next election.

I grew up in lakewood and by 6th grade my family moved us out because of the same issue that got worse and worse . I do not want to deal with it again on the same road I live on currently. It will cause chaos and disturb those in the surrounding area .

I don't want church street to be zoned commercial.

Absolutely not! There is way too much traffic on Church Road already. There are enough schools in Toms River that I am sure could accommodate more students.

Church Road is too congested for another school..

Definitely NO! It is pathetic how SOME religious communities can milk the government. ..legally. There are more than enough schools in Toms River.

NJ State should be investigating Lakewood. The should be condemned. So many code violations throughout the town. How can they allow the town to operate like they are doing is illegal. Now they are going to allow the people of Lakewood force the towns next to them take them and pay for them. Not right
