The ability to turn a residential property into a non-tax paying entity should be illegal. This will not be the last single family home to do this. I oppose this. It will be the beginning go the end of our town. We have enough schools in Toms River, in fact there is more room as enrollment has gone down the last few years.

I strongly oppose this unnecessary variance request. It will cause additional traffic and reduce the tax base even further.

I vehemently oppose the request for a variance. I live in this area and want it kept as a residential area .

As a Toms River resident, I do not approve. This will contribute to an additional tax burden on our tax payers. It is documented, busing to these types of schools in neighboring municipalities, absorb a huge portion of the budget. NO NO NO

Traffic is already compromised in this area. As it is now, it takes over a hour for my children to get to school. 3 of my family members were hit by deer this past 2 years. Enough with the building and traffic. There has to be a better area to build.

There is another one for a school on hickory Rd in toms river being proposed as well. The laws for notification only pertain to the property law that directly surgeons the land. There is no account taken for property owners their investments and the infastructure required to support them as well as the traffic they bring.
