This is a residential area with many families in the community. This property is zoned as residential under the law and must not be broken.

I do not believe this will benefit our town. In fact. I believe it will only hurt it.

This would not benefit local home owners and the taxpayers. The negative impact exceeds any rational consideration to pass the variance.

As a resident of Silverton since 1977, I am deeply concerned that a school on Church Road will add to the already impenetrable traffic. It is important that the beautiful residential areas of Toms River remain as such. I also fear that if such variances are granted, the local residents will begin to leave Toms River at a serious and alarming rate.

Our taxes are too high now. These people do not pay taxes. Unfair!

There is plenty of property in Lakewood. Look at Lakewood, I don't want to see Toms River looking like that.

Zoned for resident use not mixed use. Zoning laws were dismissed since 2010 and that should be brought into account here. Along with fines

Don't allow this whatsoever. We don't need the domino effect that will follow in the wake of this decision

Strongly appose this residence being zoned a school. For all listed reasons.
