There is no reason to turn a residence into a school. Traffic on Church Rd is bad enough. We don't ne d another Lakewood.

Please do no rezone this property. The loss of property tax will put some burden, but when property values plummet then you will see it across the board from all home owners affected. The congestion on Church Rd gets worse every year, and there is no reason to increase it. This is a residence, keep it that way.
