Strongly oppose. There is enough traffic in that area. Let them build another school in Lakewood.

Zoning laws already in place are there for good reasons and should be respected and followed.

We (residents) have lived in this area of Toms River for a long time with the hope that our neighborhood (home environment) does not change and is not subject to more traffic and accidents and chaos. Taxes will definitely rise, in addition to massive congestion and the "lost of privacy. It'll change the stability and demographics of our community". We paid top dollar to live in this exclusive area to afford privacy and a quite environment . The introduction of any school or house of worship will negatively impact our stability and way of life. This is a RESIDENTIAL AREA!

I live in toms river and object to this variance for the multiple zoning issues it presents.

This area should be residential. It is important that the board recognizes the effect this will have on the neighboring properties.

Years ago I was denied a variance to teach private piano lessons in my residentially zoned home. There is NO WAY a SCHOOL should be allowed. The Jewish community should have thought this through before they came into TR knocking on doors offering cash for those homes.

These people are of a different culture that is disrespectful to those of us who reside here. We cannot even take our children to our parks as they are bussing their children in and taking over. We have to fight this. I have seen this happen in many other communities and the people felt they had no other recourse but to sell out to this group. It is more than a religion it is a cult that does not want to live peacefully with us, they want us to leave and let them have our homes and communities.
