As a paritioner of a church on Church Road, I can attest to the traffic quagmire that currently exists. Granting this variance will do nothing but serve to make a bad situation worse based on traffic alone. Taking property value and neighborhood conditions into account makes this variance even more problematic and shows nothing positive and does not positively impact the township in any way.

Church Rd is the only northern Toms River road which runs in the East to West direction. This road connects a very bust Route 9 and Hooper Ave. We have additional traffic coming in and out of the Kean at Ocean campus and our township cannot and should not add to an already conjested road. We should learn some lessons from our neighboring towns and keep the good citizens of Toms River in mind.

look whats happening in lakewood traffic issues ,school bus issues they are using public school busses to transport there private school kids and then they don't pay taxes The lakewood children that are not part of there community do not receive same quality of services that there children do we need to be together on this and realize that they are beating the system to death with the way they get over on the laws .When is the governor and this state officials gonna wake up to see whats going on
