This is a residential area and not zoned for a private school the home owners should not be burdened with offsetting the loss of tax revenue. Please keep the zoning residential.

I do not agree with this as they do not pay taxes. Church road is so congested, adding a school will just contribute to this.

Toms river is already overcrowded. The last thing we need is this! If this is passed they're going to expand and build more through toms river!! Lakewood has more than enough schools, churches etc... There's no reason for this. It's very unsafe to make that area more populated and it would be very irresponsible to pass this.

I feel like there is no need of a large group of people to move to our town due to the population we already; have a lot of people. All the roads and streets I live by are already very busy and filled with traffic all times of the day.

This is an outrage to this area! I respect religious beliefs! We all can pray & worship our religions in our homes! But if they can be tax exempt on their homes then so can everyone else! Why should we the hard working individuals have to pay higher taxes while they get tax exempt!! Not Fare at all!!! Let them pay taxes on all ends. And stop using the systems for all kinds of assistance!!

I hate to sound like a bigot, but I do not want the town I grew up in turning into a dump just like Lakewood did. This is a good town to grow up in, and it doesn't need to be taken over.

There is a reason it was zoned the way it was..... We do not want this to start, as soon as one person gets it passed everyone will do it and our taxes will go up and they pay none. Let them buy property somewhere else that's zoned for what they want
