I am very opposed to this property's zoning being changed. The roads in this neighborhood cannot handle the kind of traffic that this would bring, and the residents who have worked hard to own their homes do not deserve to have their property values decrease.

The fact that so many people are already doing this in Lakewood is disgusting. These people do not like or associate with anyone that is not Jewish. That is not anti-semetic, just fact. The Jewish community is anti everyone else. That is a problem.

I am opposed to the zoning variance for this property and would like a full investigation as to its use over the last 5 years to identify if there were zoning violations or unpaid taxed during that time.

The area is residential and as a resident in Toms River, I feel we cannot afford any additional tax exempt properties, especially since Sandy is still taking a toll on our tax revenue. Church Road is already heavily trafficked and, we have the American Legion right next door. I strongly object to a variance for this property. If this is allowed, this is the beginning of another Lakewood.

Watching my taxes go up year by year, I do not want to see a highly valuable property go tax exempt. It's simply not fair and not in the best interest of our community

We don't need another "0" tax property, especially since we are still recovering from Sandy, AND this is a residential area- no place for a school of any kind. This is a two lane residential area. We need to make sure Toms River keeps the integrity of this area intact as it was intended.

Residential areas should remain as such and those attemtpting to alter the zoning are not being considerate of those residing in a reside tail neighborhood. No one should reap the negative results of raised taxes, excessive traffic and property values that will decrease.

This is outrageous. Then end game is to turn Toms River into an extension of Lakewood. If any other nationality or religion did what these people do, it would be be plastered all over the NY Times as recists . Enough is enough . I could just imagine if 20 Italians went knocking on doors around town trying to buy houses, what the media would do or say about that.
Could we just stop being politically correct here and "Offend Someone" who is out to game the town out of tax money. People all over North Dover are already being confronted with door knockers and they aint selling Encyclopedias.
Fill that meeting Thursday and make a stand folks. Get off your buts and fight back ...

I feel there must be a limit to the number of tax exempt properties in the township to prevent the tax burden being unfairly distributed. Also as you well know, Church Road is very congested in the mornings and late afternoons. I don't feel it can support any more traffic at those times.
