as a person who works in lakewood,I have seen what comes along with these schools. Flooding of cars and people crowding small homes with twenty or thirty cars outside. Simply chaos

This absolutely must NOT be approved! It is inappropriate to expect Church Road , it's residents , and the town of Toms River to be subjected to the increase in traffic ( Church Road and Toms River are congested enough) not to mention the tax increase, followed quite obviously by more of these requests being filed quite quickly afterwards if this is approved. Say NO Toms River!! Lest our town begin to resemble Lakewood.

No. Why ruin the rest of Toms River?

This should not be allowed. Toms River will turn into the mess Lakewood is. By approving one residential property to become a school will allow for others to request the same . Definitely a bad idea.

More traffic on Church Rd will cause more accidents on Church Rd. This is a residential area and cannot safely accommodate an increased amount of motor vehicles.

THE WISHES OF THE RESIDENTS NEED TO BE RESPECTED BY THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT! DO NOT GRANT THIS VARIANCE TO THE NEW OWNER OF THIS RESIDENTIAL Z O N E D PROPERTY!!! THE PROPERTY NEEDS TO REMAIN AS A RESICENCE!!!

As a Toms River resident, I have had my taxes more than double in the past 12 years. The Township can not even afford to bring our children on class trips.. And yet approve property to be zoned "charitable" and untaxed? Why should we, the citizens pay for the tax revenue exempt for church road? How is this positively effecting the Township? Say no. Save our town, be a hero!

Please don't let this happen, it will only destroy TR, just like it did to Jackson and Lakewood, just to name a couple.
