This residential area should remain residential, as the zoning laws require. Otherwise, each and every property owner will suffer in the form of raised taxes (to offset the lack of tax revenue from the property), impenetrable traffic, and decreased property values.

The area should remain residential. It will increase traffic on an already busy road, thereby decreasing property values. We don't need a tax-free property in our area, we already have high taxes here and the burden will fall on us.

I live in Silverton and do not want the increased traffic. If they want to put in a school, it should be in an area zoned for schools and not a residential area. I am opposed!!!

I just bought a house on Todd Rd off of church rd. I did not purchase my home for the property value to go down. I am a religious person and I do not seek for my home to be tax free like these people. If we lived in a world where it was tax free we could not have the things we do in America. It is also residential area it should stay that way we have enough traffic here on this road and it is at a traffic light which would cause confusion since it is a hidden driveway. There would be accidents with people pulling in and out. I had a business up north until recently when I moved down and I did everything by law and paid taxes. If you want a commercially zoned property then you should have bought one. Very upset homeowner now

Residential zone does not warrant a change in zoning The building would used to elimanate taxes on a expensive existing home used as a residential and a school.

Say it like it is! They are like locusts. They ruin everything they touch. In short order Toms River will be broke, covered in garbage, and infested with bugs and vermin. This is all factual information.

I don't agree with a residence becoming a school/temple as well as the potential danger of increased traffic on Church Road. If it becomes a place of worship the extra pedestrians will create a danger to all.

Toms River is my home. I have lived here for almost 30 years now. I have lived through SS Sandy and have just returned home. This is a residential area safe for families and children. Keep it this way!
