This property has only one access road making it difficult for Fire Trucks to access the property in an emergency. There is not enough parking for a school. Improperly parked cars would further hamper emergency access. There are no sidewalks to access the property and most of Church road is without sidewalks making it dangerous for children to walk to or from the school. The Access road to the property is at an angle to church road and its location is at a point were busses and cars would have a difficult time entering and leaving the property. There is no area wide enough for busses to turn around without backing up. Therefore busses will have to make K turns to exit the property or reverse out to the street which is prohibited. This area also appears to be adjacent to the tree frog preserve. Clearing of land to add buildings and parking would encroach the preserve area.

Church road already has a school and has too much traffic as it is another school on Church Rd would make it a very busy street and dangerous. I am totally against another school on Church Road, Old Freehold Rd or New Hampshire or Rt 9 north or south.

We need residents that add revenue, not deplete what we have managed to save...stop this in it's tracks.

Variances were established for the good of the entire community, they should be respected and not be changed . These were thought out and should be RESPECTED! Danger of traffic alone should be addressed for our families!

I am against this...It's a house in a residential area...keep it that way. It is not zoned for a school or worship center. More will come and they don't pay taxes. We must then cover the burden. It could eventually bring the value of our homes down in Toms River as it has done in Lakewood.

I am strongly against using this property for a school. This is another battle, but I think churches should be paying their fair share of taxes.

Church Rd is congested as it is we don't need it to become another Rt 9. Why does a residential home need to become a church/school anyway?
