Allowing this variance would open the flood gates to all others seeking additional variances resulting in even higher taxes, lower property values and increased congestion to an already over burdened infrastructure. I vote NO.

This area is not zoned for a school! It would adversely effect taxes, property values, and traffic flow. We DON'T need another Lakewood!!

I strongly oppose this proposal/variance. Zoning laws are in place for a reason.

Absolutely NOT! Go thru the correct channels and find a property that is ZONED for this usage. If the township lets this happen its just going to open the flood gates for more properties to be used for something other then they were intended.

I strongly oppose this proposal/variance. Zoning laws are in place for a reason. We residents of Toms River have taken enough hits from tax changes, as well as property value issues due to the Super Storm Sandy that this would be too difficult to tolerate.

The property is not zoned for schools, and there's no way this facility could be considered a "public utility".

Not zoned for a school. Keep the area residential. Would cause an additional traffic problem

To allow one member of the community a variance from the zoning ordinance opens the door to other residents seeking the same approvals.
Don't let toms river turn into lakewood!!!!!
