VOTE NO!!! The moment you allow this to happen it will set precedent for future sites like this and ask your self what would happen to the TAX base. Some of us are still trying to recover from hurricane Sandy and are paying for the lost TAXES of the homes that are vacant. I can't speak for the whole town but I say to you my elected officials you must VOTE NO!!!!

Keep it residential like it should be and has been for many many years. It was developed as residential area and it should stay that way.

Toms River will turn into Lakewood....give in an inch and North Dover will be ruined. This is a residential area - period.

The initial proposal has many negative consequences (as is described in the petition) and this is from the start. The natural growth in this and in any school over time will increase these negative aspects and create even more problems and issues within a residential environment.
In addition, the change of zoning request does not have any information concerning the student body of the school. Information such as the number of students expected (initially and over time) and whether the student's are from the local area (Toms River Twp). So it is unclear as to whether this would benefit the Toms River town folk themselves.

Area is already congested, adding to it will not help. It won't help the township to lose a ratable either.

I am thinking of doing the same thing but as a dog training school. I could use tax exempt status!
