everyone needs to know this is not because we are anti Semitic, but it's because the hassidic community has set a precedent in Lakewood, it's a fact that if the powers that be allow this to happen, toms river will become Lakewood!!, they will exploit and defraud the the law, and ultimately the township and its citizens!!, this is not a tale or fiction!!, this we know will happen. Laws need to be re-written or amend so any loopholes open to exploitation be close as to ensure all citizens!!! All the senior community would eventually be driven out of Toms River, the school system would suffer, harming our children and their future!! If I'm labeled racist /AntiSemitic by banding together and doing the right thing, not wanting a parasite to destroy the future of our next generation, then so be it.

This will directly affect my business and several other local businesses as traffic on Church Road is already very congested. Additionally, I'm already paying high taxes and strongly feel that this would not be fair to myself and other tax payers. Furthermore, this would threaten property values, and perhaps negatively affect the non-secular highly charitable American Legion right next door. I live on Church Road, and am strongly against this proposal.

I s a resident of Toms River, I strongly oppose the variance sought by the owner of 2001 Church Road Non-profit institutions are generally exempted from property taxes which, again, can be a big deal in expensive cities. It's a private club for the benefit of the families involved not a school for all. Make prep schools start paying property taxes, and deny their donors lavish tax subsidies for their donations and I think we'll start to see some real change.

I concur with the verbiage on the petition. I live on Church Road and would be directly affected. And by the way, I am Jewish.

The jews goal is to push Southeast down church road and eventually look to build a synagoge and thats coming from there own mouths. They are already buying up realestate in ortley and on the boardwalk.

I am SO outraged that this is decision us even being thought about. How much money does our town need to lose and how much money do we have to give though OUR taxes before everyone realizes enough is enough. I'm definitely not for rezoning and raising taxes.
