It takes an hour to get through Lakewood when school gets out. This would be worse and would increase population in the area.

We cannot afford tax increases and damage to our community. These people know full well they plan on not paying income or property taxes and plan to take over our neighborhoods. They are a drain on society. Toms River doesn't have to turn into a slum like Lakewood! Stop this now!

there is no place for this in our community. let alone not have to pay taxes.. we are all struggling and for them to move here and start what they are doing to lakewood and jackson.. do you see a pattern they are trying to take over all commuinties..

Strongly oppose for all the reasons cited in the petition. There are great public schools in our town and no need for a religious school that will be busing children in from neighboring town. As stated, Church road gets backed up as it is during school/rush hour and we don't need taxpayers paying the burden for out of town students.

I am against any application that will reduce Toms Rivers already reduced property tax roles which would in effect increase the property tax burden on the remaining property owners.

looks like this is directly across from mt Carmel blvd, holiday city and next to the American legion. Traffic in this area is already congested. We don't need a tax free school near an adult community.

We have enough schools and do not warrant anymore. Furthermore, we also pay enough taxes and do need them to go up. This should not be allowed... I vote NO. Lynda Standhope

There should be a limit on how many schools and church's there are per town.

Please do not allow this. Taxes are already high enough without allowing this type of thing to happen, as it will only continue to spread if allowed.

Does not belong in a residential neighborhood

We have public schools here that we have to cover costs of, I am not willing to have increased property taxes for a religious school that does not belong in residential area. Or make exceptions for group of people that are completely disrespectful to others!! I moved to Toms River to avoid this and I expect the township to make sure its already residents are not put through what Lakewood and Jackson have been and are being out through. Thank you. Respectfully, Michelle Feeney
