This property should not be allowed to be a school. Please deny the request. Thank you.

We like many in Toms River are still fighting our way back from Sandy. I have been paying taxes on my demolished Sandy home for 3 years; along with my mortgage, rent, and storage fees. How is it fair that someone owns a big beautiful home in a residential area for five years and doesn't have to pay taxes? I strongly oppose to any modifications in the zoning laws.

The town can not afford to lose one more tax paying property,Too many were destroyed by Sandy. The township must reduce spending, control cost. There are to many for sales signs in the Northwest section of town. The clock is ticking, act now or lose the backbone of your town.

Maybe the Rabbicould find a location on Route Nine. - not a residential location. If so , no variance is necessary.

Recently the township came after me for some past taxes. Apparently there was a misunderstanding with my bank/escrow etc and not "enough" was taken. Story short: I owed about 200 bucks. Apparently it took a while to notify me of this.. finally I got threatening letters about my property being put up for auction etc due to unpaid taxes.. lots of nasty back dated letters. Involved me running around various offices...being told to goto the other office...only to be told the other office hadn't processed it etc. A day off work running around various buldings in TR to settle 200 dollars (which I assume they need that badly?). However this property has been operating as a school since 2011? (Yes that's a nice website they have). And hasn't paid property taxes in 5 years? Really? And you don't want those 5 years of back taxes TR? But you badly need my 200 bucks?? You Cowards. Can I pull a religion card and say you are harassing me because of my religious beliefs and also refuse to pay my taxes? Hypocrites.. when will we finally get anyone with a backbound to stand up to this; which is nothing more than organized crime being hidden under the guise of religion and personal beliefs.

This is not zoned for a school. Keep it as such!! If this ordinance is changed, so will ordinances for single family religious entities..Even though you need 6 acres for a religious entity. I say NO.

This is not an appropriate place to put a religious institution since this house is zoned residential, and was like this when the rabbi bought the property.

Not the proper location for a house of worship / school. Not fair to neighbors or users of Church Road.

Strongly opposed the variance sought by ownder at 2001 Church road.

Please stop this nonsense. This offshoot cult of the Jewish faith will destroy this town. Township officials need to stop worrying about being politically correct before Toms River looks like Lakewood.
