Don't buy a house if you plan to inappropriately change it to a place of worship. Go build a temple or church if that's what you want to do.

This is just another attempt to turn the surrounding towns into what Lakewood has become. Toms River has a large amount of high priced real estate in this area that will take a dive and denigrate the township starting with its most desired area. Don't fear frivolous lawsuits. That is what the goal is. Do not surrender to as Lakewood did throughout the years. Toms River, Brick, Jackson and Howell need to stand and fight this blight before it starts. Toms River will be facing the same results Lakewood has. Taxes and zoning laws apply everyone. To turn what is in Toms River to accommodate what wants for self serving purposes is a failure to the taxpayers who would suffer. Once this happens there will be no turning back. Just look at Lakewood Township.

The street directly connected with this proposed building is overloaded with traffic already and has become dangerous for those people who live in the area and must travel daily. This was a beautiful residential area and peaceful to drive on ...it is now a speedway with no room on either side and there enough schools; houses of worship; recycling centers........we cannot support anymore. This would be a total disaster! How could the Township even
think of it.

As a resident of the surrounding area, we do not need the extra influx of school buses & pedestrian walking the streets. It is a plan for disaster,besides over crowding, accidents are bound to take place. Putting lives at stake is something no one wants to see happen.

From a tax perspective, with the destruction of so many ratables in TR due to Sandy, this is NOT the time for something like this. If this "school" were to get a foot in the door, the floodgates will open and Toms River will be renamed as Lakewood East. Protect your homes and quality of life and continue to reject this.

The traffic in this area is a nightmare NOW...Hooper Ave in TR threw Silverton is stop and go from 3:30 till 6:00 pm all yr. long. Church road is packed with the college traffic as they exit on church rd. and Hooper ave. No more traffic and we need tax dollars after Sandy , not tax write off's as in this case ..NO, No , no to a change, keep it residential ONLY !
