Keep the zoning as the law requires

I strongly oppose this use variance. Religion is not a way out of paying taxes. The traffic and congestion is already a problem on Chirch Road. And the homeowner at this address has already been violating laws by using the property as a school and religious center.

Do not make our town into another Lakewood.

There are two men of the Hasidim who have purchased 11 homes by one and 17 homes by another. This is how they took over Lakewood. Put section 8 people in these homes and let them get run down, then property values surrounding go down and they begin to purchase up the homes when everyone panics and runs to put their home up for sale!!!

I do not think this should go through at all. In now way is this fair to the residents. I'm pretty sure of it were the other way around it would stand no chance and the residents would lose. Thank you for your time! :

Once a resident of Lakewood NJ for 15 years. I moved to Toms River because of the congestion and overbearing growing community. Lakewood was once a beautiful quiet town. The street I grew up on Marc Dr was once a quiet neighborhood where families took pride in taking care of their homes and yards, to drive through their now it's congested like route 9 in front of kimball medical center. The roads are destroyed and homes are unrecognizable. Toms River please sign this petition
