This will open the flood gates to allow what happened in Lakewood to happen in toms river !! Please don't allow that to happen ... Our tax base is already shrinking ... To allow this to happen will just encourage more people to do tha same thing and toms river can not afford to lose any more taxable properties !

I am absolutely opposed. Toms River is going through enough right now. Our residential neighborhoods need to stay residential and become stronger. Congestion is bad enough in that area and should not be increased! A lot of people have already stated that they will move out of the area if this is approved.

Keep the residential area as it is. I have a home in Toms River and space is becoming a huge premium. Let them build somewhere else.

enforce the rules that we have no one person or group should be above the law. They went against the town for years they should be fined as I would have.

I just moved down the street and this area needs to be kept zoned rural residential single family homes just as its been. Homeowners need to pay real estate taxes on their home just like i do and get proper zoning approvals regardless of their religion. I welcome all neighbors that obey the law.

Regardless of all the traffic issues and other ancillary items, this is a house, period. It should remain a house and be taxed and used as a house in a residential neighborhood. If the applicants want to operate a school, they should build one in the proper area. Everyone sees what happened in Lakewood so let's learn from other's mistakes.
