This is a conservation zone. If approved the applicant could expand development that could adversely effect the surrounding protected areas.

Uphold the zoning laws, otherwise a precedent will be set for even more variances. Church Rd has enough traffic as it is, without the outsiders invading.

I agree with Sandra Lankenau... ID's should be shown at the meeting allowing only Toms River residents... this is not an open forum for outsiders!

WE DO NOT WANT TOMS RIVER TURNING INTO ANOTHER Lakewood Jackson or Howell, granting this variance will cause a stampede into OUR town. Keep the zoning restrictions as is PLEASE....

Time for politicians and those elected to the zoning board to do their jobs and deny the application. If not, they might have to get real jobs because the lakewood invaders will get their people elected. Time to fight for your home and neighborhoods!!!

I have to drive through Lakewood everyday. There has been extreme housing and school expansion and nothing has been done to expand the roads. It is dangerous and scary driving through there. I don't want to see Tons River become the same way

The residents of TR should band together, hire a few lawyers and deluge the real estate agents with blockbusting lawsuits. That is the only way the blockbusting will stop.

This plan is
against the zoning, totally unnecessary and non revenue bearing for the township of Toms River.

This road cannot accomodate what they are asking of it. As traffic isnt already band enough on Church Rd on a normal day.

We all know where this is going. That building will eventually be expanded to accommodate more and more people causing a lot of traffic in that area all without any tax revenues for the township. Find another place more suitable.

Why should our taxes be raised to pay for this house of worship. Go back to Lakewwod.
