Zoning regulations are created for the life and well being of the community.
They should be granted any variance for a school if it's not allowed .
Move somewhere else

Using these roads all the time I feel this would be a bad move. It will take longer to get home from work, therefore keeping me from my family longer, The zoning is the zone and should not be changed for a school. To many other things as crosswalks, speed limits, traffic walking lanes ect. will also have to be put in place if zoning changes for a school.

We are opposed to this school being built n Church Road. This area is zoned residential and must be kept residential as per the present laws. If we change it for one group we are setting a precedent for other group

There is already too much traffic on Church Rd. It was zoned residential for a reason. It would be kept that way.

Concerns on many levels. Let's start first with the lack of revenue being generated from a residential property owned by a church, specifically at 2001 Church Rd

This area can NOT afford to have Toms River into today's Lakewood. The economic damage that has been done in Lakewood is a Negative result of allowing the people to use the system as if it was free with no consequences..

I think we all need to get pigs to put on our front lawns, in our back back yards...if you are zoned agricultural, residential & commercial like we are on New Hampshire Ave....get some pigs, that will keep them all away! ;)
