Please make Tom Baker a Sir and Knight. He deserves this so much. He not only safed Earth so so many times in TV but also in real. Without him as my favourite Doctor i would feel still depressive and lost alone. The Doctor safed me really! Please give him this awesome honour!!!
Mr. Baker is loved and admired world wide not just in the UK. He has bright joy and laughter to millions. He deserves this. While he is still alive.
Tom Baker should have been Knighted decades ago. How can Patrick Stewart, Elton John, butlers, writers, lawyers and chefs be honored and not Tom Baker? He remains the 4th most recognized Briton worldwide and has been a tremendous Ambassador for England across the globe. Make it happen! From Chicago, Illinois - U.S.A.
Tom Baker is arguably the most recognized actor from the Doctor Who universe. Please consider Baker to be formally knighted. And I thought the Queen is supposed to be a Doctor Who fan herself? What gives?
Since other actors of stage, screen and television have been knighted, then Tom Baker has every right. His talent and brilliant performances shine the best light on British culture and entertainment. He is admired and loved in the former colonies as well as Great Britain.
The fact that he has not been, is unexcusable.

As the most well-recognised and beloved actor of this most British show, and having also contributed to the industry since leaving Doctor Who, Tom Baker thoroughly deserves to be recognised with a knighthood.
