This is a petition for those who like to see British born actor David Hewlett take on the role he has always dreamed about that of the timelord, The Doctor. As we all know the lovely David Tennant recently announced his plans to step down as the tenth Doctor Who ready for a new Doctor Who to step into the spotlight.
