This has been an issue for years but you always get the parents who think that the rules don't apply to them. So annoying yet again this year I've seen kids almost being run over by cars pulling up or driving off of pavements

Its only a matter of time before there is a serious accident. Also people should stop abusing the drop off and taking their kids into the playground in the morning. The drop off is manic enough without people blatantly having no consideration for others.

They park at the bus stop and the buses cannot get to the stop, it's a nightmare

My nieces go to this's school and sometimes it is a lottery on deciding whether they are going to be safe or not getting in to school. Please help now by putting up the safely railings BEFORE a child gets hurt

The situation is shocking, and in the colder wetter months it always gets worse.
Cars bumped up on the pavement obstructing the walkway then nearly reversing into the children when they are walking along. Passengers opening doors and just about knocking the children off their feet. And it's always the same ones AND they are going into the school to collect their own children/grandchildren. You would think they would have more sense??!! It's not that hard to find a space in neighbouring streets. It may mean a slightly farther walk, but at least the children will be safe.
We need barriers and we need them now!

Yellow lines are not going to make a difference a permanent barrier is the only solution. My son was almost knocked down on the pavement by a reversing car which had parked mounted on the pavement. Complete laziness and lack of considersation for the safely of our children.

Safety barriers are a must. With the position of the bus stop and the combination with parked cars the pavement is extremely congested and risking the safety of our children.

I sometimes park in Abbey car park and even trying to come out of there, they obstruct view by parking on the pavement.
