Totally oppose this

This will result in increased traffic to an already busy area and most importantly contribute to the rising trend in childhood obesity in South glos, as outlined in the joint strategic needs assessment.

I object to the proposed 24 hour Mac Donald's or any fast food drive thru in Lyde Green. This will increase traffic, noise pollution and attract anti social behaviour. An unsightly building not in keeping with the local area is not needed, there are already two macdonalds close by (Filton and Longwell Green).

This is an awful idea. Promotes unhealthy eating as well to children from the schools and teenagers would be hanging around.

I fear that this 24 hr Mc Donalds would cause increase in noise, pollution & crime to our area & therefore fail to see any benefit at all.

We do not want or need one at Lyde Green. A play area or leisure facilities would be a much healthier and safer option for children in this area. It will also bring anti social behaviour as it has in Longwell Green and cars racing through at night. When we bought our house we were promised lots of green areas, play area and walks......not fast food drive throughs, heavy traffic and anti social behaviour. No thank you!

PK15/5147/F I object for planning permission to be granted. We are currently in the process of buying our beautiful home there. Having a mc Donald's in this peaceful community is something that would make us reconsider. They're two mc Donald's locally and no need for another. The community will be filled with growing families and I believe the space should be used for something more positive. I firmly object.

I object to this application on the grounds that I feel such an establishment is not suitable in close proximity to new school buildings. There is also potential for increased traffic to the area as well as antisocial behaviour and littering.

A 24 hour macdonalds would be a terrible plan for the residents of lyde green with litter, unsociable behaviour and will cause even more traffic around the ring roads

McDonalds does not fit with the local community

The area needs leisure facilities not more fast food establishments.

This would be the downfall of Lyde Green. We have two McDonald's within 15 minutes of us already, why do we need another one? These two already are prime examples of anti social behaviour within its grounds and surrounding area attracting the type of youths we don't want in our area.

The land in question was allocated for health (David Llyod) and I feel that it should be kept that way!!! I don't think a Mc Donnalds is suitable let alone a drive through for the area....

With two McDonalds' restaurants already close by, a third isn't needed.

This is not a wise idea to put a MaccyD's here!! What they need is a nice coffee shop or healthy eating cafe to promote heathy eating, this would be much better. Yes we all like a MaccyD's every now and then however there is no need for one here when there are two very close by already!!
