It's wrong I know someone with 3 children that go to st Luke's from st Thomas.. That's £45 a week to send kids 2 school when then gets rid of The £1 add-on..

Bus fares are ridiculously high and more people would use public transport if fares were reduced.

Stage coach prices are already extortionately high for everyone in Exeter. Children and students should not be hit this hard on a daily basis.

I have emailed Exeter's and East Devon's MP to express that I do not support the increase in child fares.

We use the bus all the time and as a child minder, we'd have to stop using the bus as these fees would make it way too expensive!!

I agree. The pricing with the child add on should be adapted not dropped. The issue was with school kids buying an adult week ticket and adding on around 6 friends on for a pound. This was losing the company a LOT of money all around the country. And with the constant debate on staff pay, the company needs to make sacrafices to support the change.

Higher prices = lower customer volumes = lower profits = fewer buses = less visitors to the city centre = death of our High Street. Shame on you.

So if I put a leash on my child, get him to walk on all fours and say he is my pet he could go for free?
