Our family would not be complete withour my little nephew. He arrived home on 16th March 2009 and is an absolute joy. We are very, very grateful everyday that my brother and sister-in-law were blessed with him.

As an Adoptive Parent, and having gone through and experienced this process, it is without doubt the most wearing and difficult process. Three years on from adopting our child we are still made to feel like we have done something wrong, by the Adoption Authority. The whole system is so broken, and the real sufferers are all of these children looking for only what they truly deserve, a loving home. We are lucky to have our son, we were one of the 11 in 3.5 years. My heart breaks for all of those wonderful PAPs out there pushing forward through this system, trying to do a good thing for all concerned, themselves and the children, but unfortunately are hit from all angles from their own government. Disgraceful. All of our Politicians need hang their heads in absolute shame. They are all complicit in the needless suffering of children, both here in Ireland and abroad.

give every child a loving home like they deserve. there are loads of loving parents out there to give them there love and attention rather than stuck in an institution.
