If something is not broken why fix it. Alhamduallah it seems like Brother Yousef has done much more for these boys in the short amount of time than anyone else. MashaAllah

I worked with brother Yusuf at Sunday school, and I see that we are fortunate as community to have a brother like him, he's respectful, honest and active especially with the youth. jazakum Allah khairun

I've been in Charlotte for about 8 years and ICC has been the only masjid I have ever went and I enjoyed going to ICC. It's an outstanding place to be but the one problem ICC has always had was they never tried to connect with the Muslim youth until yousef khader came. When he came he made ICC as my second home, he allowed me to make new friends, and allowed me to get closer to Allah. If it was not for him I would not be who I am today

Br. Yusef, in just a year you have steered the youth groups into new and beneficial directions. All my teenagers are benefitting from the youth programs. I hope you reconsider your decision. You have been a forceful catalyst at I CC. May Allah bless you.

Brother Yousef and his family have been a much needed breath of fresh air for our community and we need more people like him to be in positions to help the youth. The youth are our future and he has been investing much of his time with them. We need him to stay and continue his efforts. Jaza Allah khair

Anyone who thinks a youth director position shouldn't receive a high salary is living in the old ages and blind as to what's happening to the youth in America. They're leaving Islam in countless numbers because some people are too cheap to have their local communities hire youth directors. I've seen so many youth across the US who are suffering because the old uncles and aunties don't want to support local youth directors. Stupid of us Muslims to still be this far behind in our mentality when the rest of the world is stepping on us and our youth are surrounded by so much poison...EVERY community needs to hire full-time YDs and pay them more than they pay their local doctors for saving the Iman of so many youth. And everyone who has a heart of evil or envy, may Allah rid your community of you. The fake account who said 55k is too high -- go pray for guidance, because you have a problem with severe ignorance. More than 20 US masajid I've visited personally have youth directors who receive between 40-90k. Wake up Mr. Stone Ages. We need more of these good programs.
