How about we take as much notice of this as our M.P's with regards to leaving the EU. As usual it's always the minority that spoil it for the rest of us who do control our dogs and do pick up the poo!

Walk our dogs in the cemetery, always responsibly, as do the majority of other dog owners. Stop punishing the many, for the small number of irresponsible owners.

Disgusted...why should our fur babies be banned from places they all love

Any council that bans dogs in public spaces is unlikely to get re-elected...

Why on earth would you want to stop people enjoying the great outdoors with their four legged companions? This is a ridiculous idea!

Always proud that the Island is dog friendly , we need to keep it this way . Always hear that the Island needs visitors and this is a true selling point for the Island for people with dogs.

Responsible dog owners should have the rights to take their dogs wherever they wish

Absolutely ridiculous to try and ban dogs from public places! MOST dogs do very little harm and MOST owners are responsible and clean up after their dogs!

Madness. This will lead to empty holiday accommodation and kill the tourist industry.

This could be so isolating for people. Also it will just make the streets even more full of dog poo!
