Isle of wight is a dog friendly island spend the money on catching ppl who don't clean up after their pet.... BEACH CLEANERS CLEAN UP AFTER HUMANS NOT DOGS

Were supposed to be a nature loving family based island. Most people who own a pet consider them part of the family. On that basis, why not ban children. Noisier and just as much mess, seen nappies in crazy places. See the satirical side.

Council should concentrate on their current cockups. Not create more!!!

Banning dogs from all these places, will be death of tourism for the island, working at a holiday park, we have a lot of dogs on holiday with there owners, it will be another nail in the coffin

I understand summer time bans on popular beaches where there are kids etc, but blanket bans like this are wrong. Provided people pick up their dog mess then whats the problem.

I love the island and being able to walk my dog as I travel alone. It would be awful to have to limit where I go due to not being able to take her. We visit all year round.

Please, it’s barely a walk for them when your dog can’t be let off the lead!

The majority of dog owners are responsible. Do not punish all due to a majority and your pathetic, narrow minded views. Maybe use your powers to sort out humans who cause more issues than dogs!!

During the Summer season, whole families come here, knowing that their dogs are welcome too. And off season, many of our local businesses rely on dog walkers for trade. Apart from all that, dogs leave far less mess than humans!

There are responsible dog owners. I pick up other people's dog poo if I see it, what about horses on the beach?

Where are we suppose to walk our dogs. Also dog walkers pick up litter on the beach.

I regularly exercise my dog on Wootton Recreation Ground. He cannot be exercised properly on a lead. I have only met responsible owners with well behaved animals here. Why ban them or keep them restrained.

Stupid idea. Like losing mental health facilities but putting in a pointless roundabout.

This ban is inhumane

Why is the island trying to get rid of the dog friendly people that come and support our economy?!

I'm a cat lover but this is an awful idea. Dogs love the beach ...and what harm could they do in cemeteries ? Why even consider this ridiculous idea.

This is a totally unacceptable proposal and needs stopping .
