This will ruin both businesses and communities. I fail to see any reward from this legislation.

Dogs should be allowed entry to more places, not banned

I hope the council listens to majority wishes. This disastrous decision makes no sense at all. We would lose yet more tourism and put more pressure on beach cafes that rely on dog walkers for business.

As long as dog walkers pick up their mess and don’t rely on the dog poo fairy they should not have restricted areas imposed on them.

This would ruin the tourist industry and many beach cafes.

We walk our dogs on the beach every week and pay to park at Yaverland car park . This is a great part of why we love to love on the island. Please do not stop us.

Dogs need somewhere to exercise. So long as their mess is cleared up, there shouldn’t be a problem. Pets are part of family days out and this would cause issues for many.

A big proportion of the public that use the beaches are dog walkers, it will stop a lot of visitors to the area, which in turn loses revenue.

This is ridiculous. Hope you get enough signatures

As a responsible dog owner I think it is wrong to ban dog from beaches and open spaces.

As a tourist and lover of visiting places in my country - it’s important to know that I can take my dog. We love our freedom to walk and explore. You will hamper your own economy and livelihoods with a ban such as this. My hometown fought a similar ban a couple of years ago...the locals should protest as we did!
