Unfair to penalise all dog owners because of a few idiots.

It’s the only reason we come to IOW. Everywhere else is so stuffy, but we love that everyone loves dogs there. IOW is our dog’s holiday, and we are seriously considering moving to IOW because of this. Don’t end up miserable tests like they are on the mainland please

How can we say we are a dog friendly Island when are Council want this dog ban. Why should all be penalised for a few irresponsible people. It would also affect out Tourist trade.

Dog walkers use public spaces when nobody else does. Draconian measures won't stop anti-social people.

I cannot believe you are thinking of doing this. Most holiday places are becoming more dog friendly. Even having restaurant s you can take your dog to I love visiting the island. You will lose visitor's

Another ridiculous decision by IOW Council. I agree keeping pets off the main beaches throughout the summer but that is all. Provide excellent quality dog friendly parks that are fenced off. In an age where all shpuld be more aware of mental health issues the council should appreciate what pets can do for people that may not have anyone else in their lives, they go a long way in combating loneliness and give people a good excuse 4 getting up in the morning 2 walk their pets and meet like minded people

It would be totally wrong to ban dogs from the proposed places. They are members of the family

Dogs are big part of many people life and companions for many lone ones! I don’t agree they should be banned from places if owner in control of his well behaved dog.

How unfare is this, that responsible dog owners and the dogs themselves should be penalised because of a few irresponsible dog owners not picking up after their dog.

Hire wardens to patrol the beaches. Don’t ruin responsible dog owners pleasure in walking their dogs along our beaches

I am 82 and have always walked my dogs on the beach, this is outrageous that this has been proposed.
