Please don't ban dogs from our beaches, our girl loves the beach and we always pick up after her and use the designated bins, don't let the minority who don't respect the notices ruin it for the majority that take care of our environment, there must be another way

Public spaces are for families in there entirety. A dog is considered a family member in everyone which has one!

This is outrageous- dogs (with responsible owners) are much cleaner than most humans- just look at the rubbish left all over our wonderful countryside! My cocker spaniel Millie loves the beaches and parks on the Island - and we love exercising her there and enjoying the outdoors with her! It’s a disgrace trying to put bans like this in place!

this is a disgrace, my two dogs love the beach and a swim, we are disabled with back problems and its the only place we can take our two for a run away from other dogs

What a stupid Council this!!! How can they try to bring in such a wrong/ idiotic ban. Councilor Love should be against this ban and will be voting against it I hope, as a dog owner himself.

Responsible dog owners pick up. Why should they be restricted.

This is completely ridiculous. I can understand restricting dogs from beaches etc at peak holiday times but no excuse for the rest of the time/places. I guess no more visits to the IOW if you are a dog lover.

This is also about giving seafront businesses that stay open all year, all year round business. Also, many holiday visitors bring their dogs.

How rediculous. Start addressing the important things stop wasting time & money discussing & threatening law abiding, council tax paying IOW residents

A ridiculous idea to even think about not allowing dogs on beaches, where are these ideas dreamt up? It would be awful for island dog owners and also tourists bringing their 4 legged friends with them on holiday. IW council will end up killing the tourist trade on our island.
