People come on holiday and bring there dogs , for the beaches if this goes a head people won’t come ? It’s madness bloody more glass and nails than dog poo ? And more health peoples as people won’t buy dogs so no excise? My dog will not like not running free on the beaches it’s all so stupid what’s the reason why for no dogs ?

Please don’t change the laws as they stand holiday makers have a choice as to which they can go to depending on whether they have a dog or not.

If you wish to ban - ban those that drop litterand leave dog poo - but an all out ban is just punishing those that love ISW - and I’m sure you will see a drop in tourists to your area as well.

This is a backward step when we are competing with other holiday destinations that are becoming more dog friendly. Dogs tend to be owned by families and elderly people. Neither of these groups wish to go to places where their dogs are banned.

Dogs are part of the family and getting out and about with our family is good for both physical and good mental health. Please don’t do this IOW council - please reconsider. We will also lose tourists who bring their much loved family pet - idiotic and makes no sense.

Surely this is a wind up, someones idea of an early April Fools? Hows about banning the people walking about drunk with cans of Special Brew first? Ridiculous!

Obviously our council don't have enough to focus on, there are far more problems they need to sort out, how about a bridge so we can escape not many can afford the ferries
