Child offenders, rapists and murderers should never get out of prison. I am all for re-inserting drug dealers and samewise criminals but no way for those dangerous human beings to endanger our life again..

Good behavior does not always mean they no longer have it in them. Anyone who can strangle a child and who knows what else should not be released, especially with the other charges.
