Life should be life. Especially when it concerns a child. He should serve his entire sentence and be made a da generous offender.

This man is a danger to children. This is my the only child he has harmed that have lost their lives. He needs to be put away forever.

No Parole! life is even too good!

Unfortunately the laws need to be changed and that's a long and arduous process. The parole board has their hands tied. They too have to follow the law of the court and right now it's life with a chance of parole after 15. We can only hope that the parole board denies his petition for parole, finding him unfit to be released. And we need to petition the lawmakers into changing the sentences these guys get. Baby steps.

Keep this predator in jail for life. That was his sentence and the potential parole after 15 years should be removed from that sentencing. He clearly lied to the courts when he said he couldn't remember what had happened. His blood alcohol would have had to have been very high in order to forget. Was it? I'm so sick of some of the laws in this country. The rape shield law should be changed. Two years less a day? Because the child wasn't killed?Outrageous. These guys stay in a jail, not a penitentiary. In our jail they are removed and separated from the general public because they would be treated by the other inmates to the same injustice that man gave to that innocent child. Because of this man's sentence he would be in a penitentiary so hopefully the other inmates took justice into their own hands. Was he also seperated from the general pop and placed in with other pedophiles? These guys compare notes and counsel each other how to attract children and not get caught. Anyone who preys upon and abuses/murders a child needs to have the key thrown away.

Anyone who harms a child should never see the light of day or enjoy freedom again. They don't change, they just get better at hiding the sick things they do.

Society has no place in it, other than prison, for murdering sexual predators of children! This man is a repeat offender and WILL reoffend is granted day parole! He was given a life sentence, let him serve a life sentence!
