My daughter had been saving to treat her two children (joint birthday present for them) to see this show... disgusting that VIAGOGO has “conned” her along with hundreds of others, it is time this company was STOPPED!!

Viagogo sold me tickets they knew were invalid, hit me with hidden fees that were added on after I had input my card details. Vile, scammers.

We have Claire Turnham to thank for her tremendous initiative in creating VoV Victims of Viagogo on Facebook in February 2017 which has enabled Victims to reclaim hundreds of thousands of pounds - May I suggest you tell your story to the Competition and Markets Authority who are investigating Secondary Ticket sites and VIAROBNGO in particular - here is their email address - [email protected] - Best wishes - Terry & Eleonore Hart

Didn't deliver my tickets on time and then told me they can't refund me. It's not a good business practice and are not making deals in good faith.

This company is a fraud. They will not ship you the tickets you purchase. If they do, the tickets will be forgeries that will not be accepted at the venue.

I bought tickets to a comedian who was meant to cost $130 per ticket. receipt cam through and for 2 tickets it was over $400, which included to 2 $48 booking fees and another fee for handling. when I received the tickets, it started that each ticket only cost $85. worst customer service ever! cant wait for this scamming business to get what's coming!

ticketex are in on this scam . within minutes of the tickets going on sale they say they are sold out. then the only option is to buy your ticket from Viagogo . I brought the ticket from their cheating seating map they had a golden section with good seats which ended up being the worst seats in the house. The face value of the ticket was $170.00 but i ended up paying $411.54 for crap seats.

hidden booking fees of $100 and lots of banners declaring that only 1% of tickets remaining when that clearly wasn't the case. unethical behaviour and clearly should not be able to pay for adwords on google to get top spots for searches.
