Ripped off for panto tickets in 2017 as I somehow got redirected to Viagogo from the venue's website and assumed they were official sellers. Turned up to a half empty show as Viagogo must have bought up more tickets than they could sell. Don't want this to happen to other people!

we pressed on it by accident as going for another company gigs and tours so not sure how we ended up on the site . Lost money with fake tickets they need removing !

Google are the reason my parents in law were conned because they felt safe going through the company Google put first. Google makes a fortune on the back of the misery caused by viagogo and it is a disgrace.

I was overcharged and got a chargeback through my bank. I have been supporting other victims on the Victim and Victims of Viagogo since July 2017.

This company profits from fraud and uses unconscionable acts to achieve this. Google making money from Viagogo = Google making profit from these same fraudulent activities.

Viagogo processed charges to my account, I never saw the breakdown of price or venue info. There was no decline, only continue and I chose not to do that either. Go back didn't do anything, help didn't help. I didn't realize they had processed the charges until I saw the email. I'v filed multiple complaints. I email Viagogo everyday. I need a good U.S. phone # so I can start calling
